XPL has worked on numerous B to B, B to C and B to E programs. But its expertise in the human development sphere led it to one of its more empowering experiential designs in the P to P (peer to peer) space: The Table. A multi-day experience, the Table brought entrepreneurial peers throughout North America to an off the beaten path property with the goals of expanding their business acumen, creating space to think/plan/strategize, foster deep, lasting connections with others and to learn quite a bit about themselves. In the end, each participant took away a deeper sense not only of what they do, but why they do it.
XPL occupies a coveted space in the experiential industry in that it holds unique expertise in the understanding and optimizing of human behavior – especially as it relates to business. With dozens of presentations, facilitations and keynotes given in and around the physical, mental and psychological experience of attendees, XPL was in a fantastic position to create this highly personalized program. Two separate business ventures launched as a result of the experience and many were able to strengthen their resiliency while positioning themselves for growth.
